I love my new crew pullover, the fit is perfect for me, and it's so cozy, I don't want to take it off. Shipment to Sweden was smooth too. I've been looking for a good Alpha without a hoodie for a while, and this one is perfect. I can recommend everyone who consider buying an Alpha to buy from Lobtree. Now I just wish Lobtree would make a crew pullover model with Alpha 120 too :-)

I have four Alpha Direct tops and I love all of them. This Alpha 90 without a hood fits in to my setup perfectly. I can double up with a lighter weight if I want to go really warm or just wear it on its own. The delivery to the UK was within a week. No pesky extra taxes like ordering from the US. The small size fits a 5’3’ size 12woman just right. All around excellent product and service.(UK)

It's warm but not too warm, and feels soft and cosy as long as you wash it very gently. I'm a ski patroller. I've found the thumb holes to be surprisingly useful. They keep my hands warm when I need to take my thick gloves off, and having that and the extra length at the back and around the neck helps cover my whole torso. my only gripe is the zipper. It's too dainty to unzip with one hand. and having a full zip would help a lot with thermal regulation, as making delayering quicker.
Ultimately, I do love the distinguished look of the black and have been happy with my purchase so far. Just waiting to see how the durability holds up. I had a couple threads pull out a bit but other than that, it's surprisingly strong
